Cypher-Me irshell plugin v0.21

Hey guys
For those who are interested in encrypting their secret data's (or "funny" pictures, who knows...)
I remind that this is an irshell plugin, so, you can't use it without the latest irshell version

thanx again max look forward to seeing what other plugins you invent in the future, if im correct this was just a test for you to see if you could build one and i really appreciate your updating it and working it through good job man.
