MasterGear 4.2 for Windows and Linux

This week's free MasterGear 4.2 (http://fms.komkon.org/MG/) release for Windows (http://fms.komkon.org/MG/MG42-Windows-bin.zip) and Linux (http://fms.komkon.org/MG/MG42-Ubuntu-x86-bin.tgz) is ready for you to download and try. This release fixes a bunch of bugs in the replay feature and adds the remaining replay time display. In case you do not know what the replay feature does, simply press F8 during gameplay :)
