Heres a Beta Release of a Playstation Emulator for Windows, heres the release notes:
psxact Git (2018/03/15) is compiled. psxact is a Cycle accurate PS1 emulator written in C++.
psxact Git Changelog:
* Include paths are now relative to the src directory.
* Fixing the travis build icon since moving the project under the psxact organization broke it.
