It's not the first time we've seen a controller hacked for use with the PSP, but this mod by Acidmods member Blizzrad takes things a bit further than most, with it relying entirely on hardware modifications in order to work, meaning it can be done on any PSP regardless of the firmware. It's also one of the cleanest-looking mods we've seen to date, with the only evidence of tampering on the PSP itself being a discreetly placed controller connector right above the power switch. Of course, that also means it's considerably more difficult for most of us to do ourselves, but we can at least get a glimpse of what's possible courtesy of the video after the break.

This is an amazing hack the only thing now that would be better is if dax was some how able to use this mod with popstation.

I really really want to do this. It looks so clean. I love mods like the second analog nub, extended wifi, and this that look like they should have been there when you bought it!

If I can find a tut I'll try it and post up my results.

Looks like it's one he made himself - actually looks like a PS2 graphics connector.

ok not trying to offend or anything but question wouldn't it be hard to play the game if it's like on your lap and bounce off of you or just some difficulty?
but yea it's a cool mod

it would be good if its moded on the slim, conncting it to the tv. plus the controller... nice
