PsNee is a project started by TheFrietMan over at assemblergames.com (https://assemblergames.com/threads/psnee-a-stealth-modchip-for-all-ps1-models.57907/) later continued by a bunch of members at psxdev.net (http://www.psxdev.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=1262) where the code (https://github.com/kalymos/PsNee) is free and open source. In honor of this concept we only charge a small fee for programming, verifying and packaging to keep the price low.
