Once again, Wikipad manufacturer Gamevice has filed a complaint against Nintendo over what it considers to be patent infringement.
The complaint has been filed with the US International Trade Commission (https://www.usitc.gov/3444.htm), requesting an investigation by the government into what Gamevice believes to be an infringement by Nintendo of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
