Microsoft is expected to reveal a set of new Xbox 360 RPGs this evening, at a planned "RPG Premiere" press conference in Shibuya, Japan.

As it's taking place in Japan, by "this evening" we actually mean, "tomorrow morning" in UK time, but going by the name of the event we'd expect at least some new titles to be revealed - including maybe the next games from Blue Dragon studio Mistwalker.

At least two of the games showcased at the event are expected to be Square Enix's The Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscovery. Hopefully, we'll also get a look at Mistwalker's long announced Cry On, which seems to have disappeared off the radar.

With the announcements the Xbox 360 should once again solidify itself as the current-gen console of choice for RPG fans. Bizarre, considering it's the only one of the big three not come from Japan...

Check back tomorrow for the goods.

Nice, more RPG's are always welcomed, mainly for a system like the Xbox 360. It's the only genre that cna help to the system on Japan :)

I loved Lost Odyssey, more so in fact then Final Fantasy 12. I can't wait to see what Mistwalker have lined up next, this is awesome news indeed.

Then there's Tales of Vesperia, Fallout 3 and Fable 2 to look forward to. It has never been such a good time to be a gamer!
