Sony has announced it will postpone its planned PlayStation 5 game reveal event (https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2020-05-29-playstation-5-games-to-be-revealed-on-june-4th) from June 4 to an as-yet-undetermined date.
The company made the announcement in a statement posted to Twitter (https://twitter.com/PlayStation/status/1267525525825900549?s=20) today.
"While we understand gamers worldwide are excited to see PS5 games, we do not feel that right now is a time for celebration and for now, we want to stand back and allow more important voices to be heard."
