Online games media outlet Gayming Magazine has announced it will host the Gayming Awards next year, positioned as the first games awards ceremony with an LGBTQ focus.
The event (https://gaymingmag.com/awards/) aims to celebrate industry efforts to champion the LGBTQ world through video games, as well as support talent from those communities.
Voting will take place through November and December, with a panel of over 20 LGBTQ judges ready to select the winners.
The winners of the streamer and readers awards will be voted for by the site's readership.
