Just wanted to post my thoughts on the game:

Disappointing. Framrate issue is fixed. Tennis is playable.
But is it fun? Not really. First off, the career creation is terrible. But thats ok, as long as the tennis is fun. But its not. It has strange ball physics and a strange, wrong feel to it. And i think they tried to implement the "position and timing matters" in the DS version as well, but its not very good. It ends up that you should be perfect timing on a perfect shot, or your character will just block the ball back.
As a tennis player myself, its a load of crap. On the other hand, the AI is perfect and spanks you hard. Also, if you don't have the manual, god help you find the controls. I don't know them.

So conclusion: Maybe next year. I want some Mario Tennis DS, and until then, i'd stick to Tennis no Ouja Sama: Crystal Drive 05 or the good old Mario Tennis Power Advance.
