ive been serching for a way to mod dreamcast games but i cant find any tuts or anything at all to help me out so if any1 knows of anything that can help me please help.

I know that if you want to modify sound then there tools to modify the Dreamcast's sound format (.ADX) and an ADX-plugin for WinAMP.

Modifying commercial Dreamcast games requires dumping the disc, which is not allowed to be talked about here.
