Test Builds

So I got my environment set up and I finally realized that Dreamcast coding is essentially just C! My question is, once I build my .elf file, is there any way to test it on a PC without having to waste a CD?

There's nullDC (http://forums.ngemu.com/nulldc-discussion/), Makaron (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=118385), DEMUL (http://emu-russia.km.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=458) (currently down) and Chankast (http://chanka.emulatronia.com/FrameSetDC_Down.htm). All in order by recommendation.

nullDC can run ELFs as they are but the other ones either need them converted into a binary or made into a CDI image.
