Anymore news about PSPemu?

I wrote about an article that i found on a site that said there was a program to be released called PSPemu which simulated 1.50 homebrew capabilities with the 2.00 backgrounds and web browser. Here is a link to the article:

I wonder when PSix is coming out? Last I saw, PSix is in its internal alpha build, RC-6 version 1.0.46 on September 14th (check his september development blog).

well....according to the website it now says "PSPEmu is released"...and nothing else, does this mean it was all some kinda hoax?
