E the author of Hue (http://ameblo.jp/hue-e/) the PCengine emulator for PSP has updated his unofficial version of NesterJ the NES emulator for the PSP.

Hmmm...any idea what's new? I translated the help file using an online translator...but I can't piece together what it means...which is why I hate those online translators...however...I've noticed that with the GPU display options now, the colors get slightly...awkward...and extremely bright.
