New release of the Microbee emulator (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ubee512/) for PC.
Changelog:
* Makefile was broken due to an icon creation problem and is now fixed.
* Added ubee512-logo.png and ubee512-logo.ico files where these were missing in the distributions.
