This little demo I put together outputs a few different methods of interpolating more accurate touch readings from the DS. The method that works best is simply averaging the last few points to get the next one. It is by no means finished, and the cursor is still a little jumpy, but its better than using raw data. Try touching the screen very lightly and you will see the inaccuracy of the DS touch screen.
