Whilst things are a little quiet in the PSP Scene, the PS3 Scene has hotted up a fair bit recently, firstly the release of Freeplays Java Devkit for the PS3 (http://ps3-evolution.dcemu.co.uk/bd-j-for-ps3-minimal-devkit-homebrew-dev-kit-for-ps3-123250.html) with all the info you need to get you started making Java Homebrew for the PS3.
Also Yesterday Dragula96 released the first 2 Player Pong Game (http://ps3-evolution.dcemu.co.uk/-release-ps3-2-player-pong-1-0-124778.html)for the PS3 using the Blue Ray Disc Java Runtime (PS3 Java Runtime), now with all the emulators for java that can be found via Google (http://www.google.com/custom?domains=www.dcemu.co.uk&q=java+emulators&sitesearch=&sa=Search&client=pub-8038068168054371&forid=1&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&cof=GALT%3A%23E9382F%3BGL%3A1%3BDIV%3A%23CCCCCC%3B VLC%3A7E3939%3BAH%3Acenter%3BBGC%3AFFFFFF%3BLBGC%3 Affffff%3BALC%3AE9382F%3BLC%3AE9382F%3BT%3A000000% 3BGFNT%3A7E3939%3BGIMP%3A7E3939%3BLH%3A32%3BLW%3A7 5%3BL%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Flogos%2FLogo _25wht.gif%3BS%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2F%3BFORID%3A1&hl=en) and maybe even more exciting is the recent Java PSP Emulator (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/jpcsp-a-java-psp-emulator-for-windows-v0-2-released-124633.html)being written at this time, now it doesnt support games etc at this moment but in future it should do but imagine the same emulator being ported to PS3 Java, a PSP Emulator on PS3 would be pretty awesome.
