Jf (http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=3741&start=270)has posted yet another release of the Mac Emulator for the PSP, heres the release details:

And test 22. :D

Changes:

Made pspirkeyb files relative to the B2 directory. It's probably why some people couldn't get the IR keyboard to work - they didn't have the proper files in the seplugins directory. Now they don't need to worry about it. The files are now in the b2 directory and included with the program. It IS set to Palm, so if you have another keyboard, you'll need to edit the pspirkeyb.ini file. I've verified this works and that the IRDA.prx is loaded by B2 on a Phat running 4.01 M33-2.

Compiled program with functions aligned to 64 bytes. This makes the program about 100 KB bigger, and about 6% faster.

this a great emulator ...works perfect on my slim 390-m33-3 ...i was wondering if there is a way to write in ms0 ...i can create a folder but it wont let me write or copy a file ... i am using hvfExplorer to retrive my files ...but it would be better if i dintn have to use a PC...do you think you can fix that?...to bad theres no way to connect to the web...or is there a way...a net server or something?

i have tried 7.6 ,and 8.1 ...but with no internet i dont se the point in 8.1 ...so for me 7.6 is better and faster and smaller (app games and 7.6 on 100meg hardfile with 36 meg free space)

other good site for system7 soft :its french but most of the soft is in english

It's a bug in B2, not the port. It doesn't write on many different platforms... it probably relies on something specific to Windows in the directory handling would be my guess. I may or may not look into it later.

You need an ethernet card for general network access. I could simulate one with raw sockets, but so far my tests for raw sockets on the PSP have been unsuccessful.

Many people like the look & feel of OS8.x. But yes, I agree that 7.x is faster and smaller. 7.5.5 is my personal favorite MacOS for the 68K.

@JLF65 thanks for your answers...i reverted to 7.5 its smaller and all the soft i had worked fine on it . i was able to but everything on a 32 meg partition .
by the way you can choose any file in windows and rename it to xxxx.hfv if you want a partition less than the proposed minimum of 100 meg...also any hfv partition can be renamed to xxx.dsk and placed in the disks folder for back-up...
i am not a mac user but i love this (i learned a bit about the mac)...i hope you can figure out a way to make the socket ...but anyway kudos to you and whoever else is behind all this...
