Hi there,
I have just recently bought a 2GB Sony memory stick to replace my 1GB one but I am unable to format the 2GB stick in the PSP. I tried it a number of times in the card reader on the PC but this also failed, I did get it to format once in my PSP after it has failed in the PC which I thought was odd and I copied some data onto it and it just froze when I went to browse the contents on the PSP :( so i was back to sqaure one again.
The strange thing is I also have a third 1GB stick that I bought for a friend and that has the same problems.
I've spent ages reading forums etc and alot of people seem to say that formatting it in the card reader is the best way to do it.
Is there anything else I could try or would you say its just that I happen to have 2 memory sticks that are faulty.
Thanks for your time, any suggestions would be appreciated
