PSP help needed plz

Hi people
I recieved last week a PSP. I know nothing about it. I was told that it has to be "cracked" in order to make it accept games that can be downloaded from the net. plz let me know how it can be done. is there any guide or tutorial that explains how to do it? if so, where I can find it?

OK this is me ABDULLAH Speaking and the mistake is that you have to press the Digital UP button and then insert the pandora battery in as my video also says so press the digital up button and keep holdin it and then insert the pandoras battery
