I've really enjoyed Mario World, Astro Boy and Gradius Advance. I've also enjoyed Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 and Mario Kart, of course.

Golden Sun was an excellent RPG, and an early release that probably helped sell the GBA. I never did play GS II because I got stuck on Golden Sun... but I still liked it.

Some ignored games that were also damn good were
River City Ransom
Lady Sia
Mega Man Zero 4 (even if you cant stand the rest of the series)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 Did a decent job of bringing the series to the GBA
Rock n' roll racing (awsome snes game)

Phantasy Star Collection was good though it could have been updated graphically etc.
