Mickael2054 our forums has posted PSPNotes, a homebrew its creation, which aims to read, create and delete notes that you have. Very useful if you want to write something and you take your PSP anywhere with you.
One small bug, letters with accents do not seem to be taken into account.
When launching the utility, you can choose your language, English or french.
