How can I play Multiplayer on PS1 games on the psp?

Well, the question is in the title. My brother just got a psp and we want to play a few PS1 games together. Also is there a way to play multiplayer for SNES,NES, and Genesis games?

If i remember correctly, IR shell should allow you to do that

i dont know how it works, i just know it does :p

Also, multiplayer on emulators are straight forward. almost all have ad hoc built in (which, im assuming you know how to work?)

O ya, i guess other emulators have it built in. I forgot to update my emulators (I dont have the most recent versions)
