[RELEASE] CFW 4.05 TDP-2 by Nikep

This is a little CFW made by the developer Nikep. This is the readme, also included in the download:



4.05 TDP - Update 2

From now the installation will be made from an installer, you no longer need to apply any patch.
The plutonium (PUPD.PBP) and the main EBOOT of the installer (EBOOT.PBP) have been reversed.

This update allow you to install the latest OFW 4.05 with the modules M33 of the latest CFW which was released (4.01m33-2)
To this update its not entirely correct call them Custom Firmware, although it is not a patch, I didn´t do it because it has been used all the code of the M33, except PUPD.PBP and the EBOOT.PBP


Clarification:
The name of this "CFW" has been modified to "TDP" for avoid any confusion with regard to the M33 Team had developed the 4.05m33 (Which is wrong).


Installation:

*Extract the .rar and copy the folder "UPDATE" to ms0:/PSP/GAME/
*Download manually the official EBOOT of the OFW 4.05 and then copy this EBOOT to the folder where you before installed the Updater. Rename the EBOOT to 401.PBP (NO MISTAKE,only that was not necessary to change the file name within the installer).
*Although the Updater has got the ability to download the EBOOT automatically, you mustn´t do it, because you will download the official EBOOT 4.01 of Sony. That is why we strongly recommend downloading and copying it manually.
*Battery charged at 75% (minimum) and the charger plugged to the PSP (Recommended).

*Run the program.
*Follow the steps indicating
*Enjoy your new 4.05 TDP
*[OPTIONAL]. Install the 405M33Spoofer.prx and activate it on the Recovery Mode to amend the version that is shown on System Information.


CHANGES from the UPDATE of 4.01m33-2:

*Update´s EBOOT of 4.01M33-2 has been reversed, however it has been updated to work with the modules of the latest update of Dark_Alex.
*Now it´s based on the OFW 4.05.
*EBOOT and PUPD have been reversed (however there isn´t all the code still included, althought is funcional), no more patches!

It has been tested succesfully on Fat PSP.

NID changes not done correctly. Some homebrew fails to run.

Games with a older PARAM.SFO will not run, "This game can not be started"

Using alek.dark-alex.org to download updates, without permission. (If you did ask to use their server please say so)

Having to use a PRX to change not only the the M33 title, but the version also, because you are flashing the 4.01 M33's vshctrl.prx.

If this is really reversed from M33's work, some of this wouldn't happen.
