I don't have a pal dreamcast but iv received responses that the 320X240 mode pal has the lower screen cut off on a television, don't know if this is an issue with your SDL lib or with KOS or the dreamcast/tv combo.

Any suggestions?

thanks,

I've a PAL Dreamcast and games at 320x240 with my SDL driver and works ok, for example DCaSTaway or UAE4ALL.

My SDL driver detect PAL console and use PAL video modes.

Anybody cut off using DCaSTaway or UAE4ALL?

I`ve experienced some low-screen cut off on Pal at 320x240, using:

SDL_DC_Default60Hz(SDL_TRUE);

Here you can see som sample about cut-off

SDL_DC_Default60Hz(SDL_TRUE);

SDL_DC_Default60Hz(SDL_FALSE);

I thought that this issue could be caused by my tv or dc-coder cable indeed white border.

If you use SDL_DC_Default60Hz(SDL_TRUE), you will be show NTSC resolution by default.
I think that your TV no show properly 320x240 NTSC KallistiOS resolution. Normaly PAL TVs no show borders when we use NTSC resolution.
