Movies -> How do I built my own thumbnails?

Hey,

I'm asking myself how PSPVideo 9 creates the thumbnails for each movie.
Because I don't like the shots which PSPVideo 9 takes to create the thumbnail file, I wanna ask how I can make my own thumbnails.. Is there any tool out to do that?
