I also expected the picross to get a higher place.
I think the judges should put more value in to re-play/re-use value of game/application. Granted that I was amased with Ikuzo and the map viewer's 3d engines, I did not know what to do with both apps after the first 5 minutes, since they were both in unfinished state. Picross is a very polished game that defenetely has some re-play value. I guess the NES retro style and not being full screen sunk it :-(

rmedtx Congrats Deniska!
You all guys did an awesome job.

Dude, embrace the "Y'all." You're trying to split it and then use it with "guys" and it makes you look like a non-native speaker. In the North they don't say "You all guys," they say "You guys." Its okay to be from the South. Just be yourself!

I was a judge, and I did put replay value high on my list, but also looked at what could potentially come of the release as well, such as the BSP map viewer. I also looked at ease of install (was is a 1.5 eboot, or just a lua folder?), and just overall fun. All the entries were cool (except the psp freezing submission). Lets hope someone answers the new flash player challenge!
