Twelve. That’s the current number of backwards compatible titles from the original Xbox system that will work on the new Japanese 360. Compared to the US’s 200+ number of backward compatible games, this figure is measly at best. Granted, none of the original Xbox games ever really sold well in the Land of the Geishas, but BC was sure to be enticing to some.
Microsoft has stated that the BC list can and will be revised regularly as they add backwards compatibility for more games. Here’s hoping they do for gamers’ sake.
