I'm presenting my own program, Info Portable 2.5, and here, the Readme and the Changes in this version:

README:
Info portable 2.5 show a good variety of data in your psp, battery, motheboard, umd, Cpu etc... and in this version it have an "Settings menu" with Usb, Shower\Hider, format flash1, code error list, delete history data, and all with music.

CHANGES:
1. Added Settings Menu
2. Fixed bug when exit
3. Option to delete history data in settings menu
4. Option to format flash1 and reset settings in the settings menu
5. Scenery Beta image included in the Eboot
6. Show the version of the psp
7. Code error list added in the settings menu
8. Menu Shower and hider in the settings menu
9. Posibility to toggle usb in settings menu
10. Added Init sound in Xmb(SND0.AT3)
