For creating your own selfbooting disc BootDreams is a fantastic app, very easy to use:

Install to C:/BootDreams/, download DSNES plain files:
http://www.dcemulation.com/dl/dl.php3?url=files/emulators/dreamsnes-0.9.8.zip

Unzip to C:/BootDreams/DSNES, add your games, run krypt's ROMLST and then BootDreams, done.

Regarding your question about BootDreams beeing able to burn DCGNUBoy that I deleted accidentially because I thought you double-posted it... Yes, BootDreams does work with just about everything homebrew. :)
