Flight in GTA: LCS

Want to fly one of those police choppers on GTA: LCS? Will Matos Writes:

“Get three stars so police helicopters spawn. Then using perfect traction cheat get in a car and go to the airport. Get on the wing, then go to the tip of the wing when in flight. Then when a police helicopter comes close get in it. This can be done but it is hard.”

i dont understand, what do you mean by wing? and wouldnt the heli be in air?

I belive he means the wing of a plane about to takeoff, the traction cheat must be to make sure you don't fall off

Its possible, people have done it. I haven't tried, as I haven't made it to the third island yet. ;)
