Wow, we sure called this one. Like the rest of the game, the boxart for the DS version of Chrono Trigger is very similar to the original. Of course, in some cases, less (effort) is more, and this just may be one of them. Was there any way Square Enix could have improved on Chrono Trigger's boxart?

See more lovely pictures here (http://www.dsfanboy.com/photos/chrono-trigger/).

It's just a normal art. I expected something better, but I'm sure people only care about inside the cartridge :)

lol. true.

while box art does look cool and can sometimes be very awesome.

it wouldnt matter if its there or not cause youd be too busy playing the game to look at the box art.

I have only been through half of original Chrono Trigger, but these pictures looks very much like SNES version if you ask me.

Give us Valkyrie Profile Lenneth and Silmeria instead. Those games we cannot emulate with DS.

WHY does this look exactly like the snes version -_- don't tell me they are just making a quick port with no work.

Either that source is wrong or square just lost its way with the remakes (ff4 was good remake just laggy sometimes)

And BTW, I would dig it if Square Enix would release any of the games that Motoi Sakuraba did the music for. Then he would have to do new Nintendo versions of the songs instead of PSX :D
