Demul 0.4.7 WIP released

As I mentioned in irc last night, you could find a translation at emuq, not a perfect one but as I dont read russian it came out fairly well

New [build] of change to [emulator] in essence of Naomi:
[Image] Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper
[Image] Gundam VS Zion DX, only with the Japanese bios thus far
[Image] Sega Marine Fishing if tuning to advance in the bios about which previously wrote CaH4e3, but control thus far does not work :(
a little small optimizing and correction of small bugs

Unfortunately for continuing the work on Naomi and Naomi 2 we do not have the dumps :(
