PSP Millionaire v1.06a (lua Game)

PSPMillionaire has updated his Who Wants to be a Millionaire game written in Lua for the PSP, heres whats new:

- This is version 1.06 with a fix. In 1.06 I broke the green answer light! So this fixes it.
