View Full Version : I need some help running Earthbound.

First things first, I'm using Snes9xTYL 0.4.2 ME, on a 3.90 M33. Now, what I'm trying to do is speed up the game by increasing the frameskip and turning off the speed limit switch. This works at first, but when the game switches to a new screen it hangs. Is there any way to get around this?

Are you just trying to get it running at normal speed, or actually trying to speed it up more than that?

I recently upgraded to build Snes9xTYLsmcm Test 5 27/05/08 (running on 4.01) and speed is 100% without any problems. I'd recommend just trying that.
