Thanks to Ds scene (http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=viewtopic&nid=5926) for the news i somehow missed.
alekmaul is working on an emulator for the Capcom Arcade game Black Tiger. Right now all you can see are some screenshots but it looks promising. Don't expect sound from it because the chip is a bitch to emulate, but apparently the ROM is running at 60fps so should be fully playable.
