A small EBOOT signed by sony?

Could someone point me in the direction of a small EBOOT that's been digitaly signed by sony?

and maybe a link to DL a hex editor? ...I have an idea for homebrew on 2.0 but i highly doubt it will work ^^;

There already is homebrew on 2.0. Fanjita has made it possible, and other means of unlocking 2.0 are very unlikely. If you want to contribute to the homebrew scene, code up some games. Generally it takes a pretty experienced coder to handle cracking.

yes, well i'm thourougly missin some kernal mode. and untill fanjita opens homebrew into the realm of kernal mode, ill be trying anything i can think of :D
