I have developed an homebrewusing this list to download CTF themes.

Features:
French and English languages
Display a little preview for each theme
View screenshot of the actual size
Downloading subject directly into the PSP/THEME/ folder
Display faster and more responsive than in the browser
Display name and authors of themes

Operating:
You choose you language the 1st time
It downloading the list
It download not downloaded previews
It isplay the list

Instead of just giving a straight up translation why not try to clean that up just a bit. Reading that was just horrible.

Its nice to have one that actually downloads the themes for you. All of the other ones you have to put them on yourself and install them. It would be cool if you could hook an app like this upto the xmb secion on like pspspot.net.

ill definite use it :)

one problem when it dls the themes, they don't come up in the themes menu...... but they are in the correct folder.... any help?

It's probably downloading the theme files that need CXMB to run.
