Ben Hosier (http://www.ben-hosier.com/) or otherwise known as Soully here at DCEmu has once again pulled a great design out of the hat and the once tired looking Nintendo DS site now has a much fresher look and feel to it and should continue to be one of the best resources anywhere in the world for Emulation, Homebrew, Hacking and Commercial gaming/news on the wonderful Dual Screen console.
