Tommie (http://forum.palib.info/index.php?topic=5715.0) has released and updated his DBrowser (http://sites.google.com/site/dsfilebrowser/) for the DS, heres the release info:

this is my site for my homebrew developed with palib. as you can see there is yet only an alpha of the DbrowSer
it supports:
opening ".mp3" and".Jpeg " files. so you can listen your music and watch your photos
it allows you now also to search in all your directories of your sd card.
