Ds Speakers

i was just wondering how much can the ds lite speakers handle
i have a m3 and use it to play music but i am scared i might blow the speakers.
ALso is i use my computer speakers the quality becomes really bad but on my ds is fine so is there any speakers it doesnt do this to
