Help please. I have just received a Japanese DS unit with Japanese instruction I cannot read. I want to switch it from manual to automatic set up but cannot figure out how to.
The instruction given on the Nintendo US site don't help as I get different screens coming up when I switch on the Power.
Can anyone with a Japanese DS unit advise to how to switch it to automatic so that a game plays when inserted. Thanks.

let us know if it helpsThanks but I had already found that and it couldn't help. The initial screen that comes up on the Japanese version is totally different. However I found help on a Far East site. I will post the link in case anyone has similar difficulties. I bought the DS from a seller in the UK who has stock of the Japanese DS at a competitive price, but didn't provide any English instructions.
Once I had changed the language from Japanese to English my DS is the same as the US one, and further info can be gathered from the site you listed.
