rRootage for PSP v1.3

mrbrown (http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=4301) has updated the port of rRootage (excellent looking shootemup) for the PSP to v1.3, heres what he says:

2005 12/11 v1.3

- Fixed PSPGL's GE init code to be more compatible across all PSPs. rRootage
should work on 2.0 PSPs now.

That is with the eboot loader, right?

I have a dream, where 2.0 psp owners wont have to run through an eboot loader to play the homebrew they love!

still doesnt work on 2.0 (doesnt work on mine atleast)
