T-Craydon (http://www.pspsource.de/hdp_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?236638) has about a week ago (hey even i forget to check some sites) released a new version of PSPPannel which seems to be some sort of alldancing shell for the PSP although i cant understand more from the screenshot, heres the translated release details;

UPDATE OF NEW VERSION 3.0
What's new?
-A new field called "mini-games and Tools" has been added (there are games like Pong, Paint, name writer, etc. ...)
PSPPannel-beta Media Player has been added
-We have a special edition of PSP Web / EPA crackers get (in contrast to normal, it can save more connections and is only for PSPPannel been extended)
-New and stylish design
System laüft now LuaPlayer HM 7
Welcome has been added
Random generator was added (Generates lottery numbers) PSHab ever so in real life won
-All the mistakes of the past have been corrected version
WBS is now at your fingertips off
Credits have been added
File browser added (Can images in sizes 480x272 output)
UMD-by PSPPannel from bootable (only if GAME3XX or GAME4XX PSP folder)
Quiz added (Design by Shefqet)
OwnLua-section added (More in the ReadMe.txt)
WBS now reads the PSP type
WBS shows at Macadresse
- Pixel Fixer added
- You can now out on the PSP 3.90 M33 update (Note: There is a danger Brick and after the push of a button runs automatically update!, Kept in the readme)

Installation
Unpack the archive with WinRar.
Copy the folder after ms0: / PSP/GAME3XX /.
WARNING: The folder from the archive should be in the folder or if GAME3XX FW 4.0 or higher in the GAME4XX folder!
Unfortunately you can only when the PSP GAME3XX a folder or a folder GAME4XX owns the UMD from PSPPannel from start!
To upgrade the M33 to start please read the ReadMe.
