A reader sent in two photos showing off a new temporary entrance to Dueling Dragons in the process of being setup, along with an official Proclamation from the Ministry of Magic. It’s labeled as “Ministry Decree No. 01” so we can only assume that we are meant to watch this spot for more updates in the future.
