Worlds Cheapest for PSP Consoles

Are SuccessHK (http://www.success-hk.com/affiliatewiz/aw.asp?B=112&A=50&Task=Click) the worlds cheapest for PSP Consoles, they have the PSP Console for sale for USD 212.00 which is £112 and thats very cheap, is it the worlds cheapest, if not its certainly close :)

No Hastings has got em cheaper. 160 dollars for a used one and 210 dollars for a new one. Unfortunately, they don't have a website where you can order their stuff.

i saw a person at my school selling them in bulk supplies (says his dad works for sony, but i think he's bullshitting) for 100$ each at luch time.
