Where i can find free emulators (if there is any).
Do i need anything special to make the emulators work
Where i can find a program to convert my movies to Mpeg4

I'm assuming you are on 2.0 from your other posts. If your firmware is 2.1 or abouve I don't think you can run Emulators at all yet. If it's 2.0 you will need the Fanjita EBOOT loader. See THIS POST (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=15720) for more info.
