Pull up a chair, pour yourself a drink. No. Pour yourself two or three drinks. It's time for TELL US DAMMIT. Here's how it works: We ask a question, you answer it. Simple and no strings attached! This isn't some marketing survey or whatever. It's an emotional investment in you. Yes, we're interested in knowing you, Kotaku reader person. You probably know ****tons about us — more than you even want to, we're sure. But, hey, we'd like to know about you. That way you won't be some faceless blob — and we might feel a tinge of guilt when we ban your ass. Or not, because really we're incapable of human emotion. Who knows!

Question: What is your biggest gaming get? What is the best deal you've got on a game purchase?

I got the only known copy of Speedster II (http://www.atarihq.com/reviews/jaguar/speedster_2.html) to ever have been put into circulation for free. It was being thrown away at an auction I was at. Saw the Jaguar strapped to the inside of one of those little kiddy rides and decided to pull the cart out. Didn't know what it was at the time, but the guy there said I could have it for having helped him move some machine earlier. Turns out they sell for 300-500 USD.

Back in the day I got a snes for around 600 mexican pesos (10 mexican pesos = 1 dollar) back then they were going for around 1200 mexican pesos, at least here in my city

Another one
my broken 360 at least here I got it cheap, cause here they're going for 4600 mexican pesos (460 bucks, yes I know it is a stupidly high price but the worst part is that is true). Well I got it in exchange for my phat psp and 50 bucks for the repair

I don't think I've gotten a good deal on any games. Well, about a year ago, I got a dreamcast and about 40 games, for less than $100.

But my favorite thing involving games I ever did was, a few summers ago, I bought a game in the beginning of summer. Then every week, I would go back to gamestop, a trade it for another. It was like having unlimited one week rentals all summer long.

not realy a gaming get but I got £100 for my PSP box when they came out as people on ebay didnt read the descriptions.

other than that I got time crisis 4 with gun for £20 instead of £60 due to people at stores not checking prices on price match bbecause they knew of the offer I was getting matched that didnt actualy include the game.

I got a R.O.B. the robot (NES) for $10 fixed him up and now he works as good as new (however good that was).

After about two levels of Gyromite I get board of the game and turn it off.

I also got the Power Glove, can't remember how I got it so I am guessing it didn't cost me much if anything.
