I dont know how legal this site is and how old it is but i thought i would put it in here. People using some of these programs on Windows XP use the command prompt not double clicking on the icon.

Yeah,that site's been around for a long while.

In fact, the Pacman game was included on El Bucanero's VMUBackup utility, as well as other VMU games.
