Its a (Silver DS) Mario Kart Pak serial - NEM*******2

I want to be able to play roms that ive downloaded,

Im not sure what i need,ive read into the Neo MagicKey 3? or a M3 Adapter With PassKey? would the latter be the one that i want to do anything with an will it work with the DS i have?

Any help would be appreciated!

You can find out at a site called www.neoflash.com

go to their forums and ask there, i got mine there and it works WONDERFULLY
